Unbelievable Lathe Tolerances — Truly 0.00mm Runout
“When buying a $4,000+ Mezz Exceed online without holding it first, straightness is always the biggest fear. Put both the butt and the Ex Pro shaft on my own dial indicator gauge the hour it arrived: needle didn’t budge at all. Dead center. The cue is immaculate 9.9/10 condition. Dispatched from Florida with FedEx adult signature within 2 days.”
10% Under eBay Comp with Zero Hassle
“I was tracking the exact same Zen Pink Ivory custom model on eBay and AZBilliards forums where sellers were asking $3,400 plus shipping and sales tax. Cues had it listed at $2,950 with complimentary insured courier. The Cocobolo ringwork and inlays are flawless master level. Arrived in a heavy-duty crushproof PVC vault tube.”
White-Glove Concierge & Direct Adult Signature
“Having high-dollar packages dropped on the porch is my biggest nightmare in my neighborhood. Cues used FedEx Direct Adult Signature required, so the driver waited for my ID and signature. Spoke with their concierge via live chat beforehand about radial joint pin compatibility with my Predator Revo shaft—immediate, knowledgeable answers.”
