1. 30-Day Collector Inspection Window

At Cues, we curate exclusively pre-owned mint (9.9/10) and unplayed collector cues from the world's most revered cue makers (Mezz Exceed, Zen Custom Cues, and Fu Cues). We offer a generous 30-Day Inspection and Return Period commencing upon documented courier delivery receipt.

2. 100% Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee

We guarantee 100% lifetime authenticity on every Mezz Exceed, Zen, and Fu cue sold. If an authorized master cue maker or certified appraiser determines in writing that any cue acquired from Cues is not genuine, we will immediately issue a 100% full refund, including all return shipping expenses.

3. Return Conditions

To qualify for a voluntary return within the 30-day window:

• The cue must remain in its original 9.9/10 mint condition as delivered, with no chalk marks, tip modifications, scratches, dents, or shaft taper sanding.
• All original accessories (joint protectors, extension bumpers, warranty certificates, and custom packaging) must be included intact.
• You must contact our concierge at ngtlwta@hotmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid insured FedEx/UPS shipping label.

4. Inspection & Prompt Refund Processing

Upon receipt at our Hollywood, Florida facility (2465 MAYO ST, HOLLYWOOD, FL 33020), our master technicians will bench-test the cue on a precision lathe within 48 business hours. Once verified, refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
