Are all custom cues at Cues certified 100% straight and authentic?

Yes. Every single Mezz Exceed, Zen Custom Cue, and Fu Cue in our inventory is strictly inspected on our high-precision master bench lathe to verify 100% straightness with zero taper roll or wobble. All cues are 100% authentic with factory joint pins (Wavy 2, Radial) and genuine precious inlays.

Does Cues provide complimentary insured worldwide express shipping?

Yes. All cue acquisitions qualify for 100% Complimentary Insured Express Shipping ($0.00 USD) via DHL Express or FedEx Priority. Every cue is packaged in heavy-duty crush-proof protective tubes and fully insured until hand-delivered with direct adult signature required.

What condition are the pre-owned custom cues in?

Every cue is in collector-grade 9.9/10 Mint demo condition. They feature flawless high-gloss lacquer, untouched joint collars, zero chalk stains, and are benchmarked at exactly 10% below average eBay market rates.

What is the return and inspection policy for high-end cues?

We offer an exclusive 14-day collector inspection period from the delivery date. If any cue fails to meet your highest aesthetic or playability standards, you can return it in its original unchalked condition for a full refund backed by LIONS KING GENERAL STORE LLC.
