2. Handling & Dispatch Timelines

• White-Glove Bench Inspection: Prior to boxing, each cue undergoes a final 24-point bench inspection and lathe check.
• Same-Day / Next-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday through Friday are packed and handed over to FedEx/UPS the same business day. All other orders ship within 24 business hours.
• Live Tracking: Instant carrier tracking numbers are emailed automatically upon dispatch.

3. Transit Times & Premium Carriers

• United States Domestic: FedEx 2-Day Air / UPS Priority (1 to 2 business days).
