We provide 100% Complimentary Insured Express Shipping ($0.00 USD) on all cues across the continental United States. Orders are dispatched directly from our Hollywood, Florida vault via FedEx Priority or UPS Ground within 24 hours of purchase. Standard transit times are 2 to 4 business days. Every cue is enclosed in a heavy-duty crush-proof protective tube, and Direct Adult Signature is required upon delivery to prevent porch theft.

We provide a full 14-day in-hand inspection period from the moment tracking confirms delivery. You may examine the inlays, test the joint fit, and verify straightness on your own surface in unchalked, demo condition. If the cue does not meet 100% of your aesthetic or collector expectations, simply reach out to our concierge for a prepaid return label and full refund.

Unlike speculative sellers who list cues with 30-50% markups, Cues values every piece strictly against recent completed sales on eBay US and leading billiard auction archives, and then prices our pieces at exactly 10% below average market value. This ensures you acquire genuine equity immediately upon purchase without middleman fees.

We support all major US credit and debit cards including American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Through Shop Pay Installments, US residents can split purchases into 4 interest-free payments or monthly installments up to 12 months with zero hidden fees.

Our Mezz Exceed cues feature the precision Mezz Wavy 2 (W2J) joint, which is also backward-compatible with original Wavy shafts. Our Zen Custom Cues feature the industry-standard 3/8x11 Radial Pin, making them seamlessly compatible with custom shafts and leading carbon fiber shafts such as Predator REVO (Radial) and Cuetec Cynergy. Fu Cues feature standard precision Radial pins.
